We offer our customers a technology that is based on the flexible and highly performing concept of parametrics. The parametric principle is realized by the CIM technology (Computer Integrated Manufacturing).

For the customer, this means that he can individually choose his optimal machine size so that you are always "one step ahead".

To enable us to further improve our technology we have to invest in our production equipment. This is the only way to consolidate or even increase the speed and the level of our innovations.

One of the key equipments – perhaps even THE key technology – is the laser. Cutting sheet metal panels is the first operation in our facility. This must be performed smoothly and trouble-free, since the quality and the productivity of the laser plant are of prime importance for the entire subsequent production.

In the course of a restructuring program we have liquidated our stock of steel sections. The manufacturing sequence is thus reduced to:

• Laser cutting,
• folding,
• milling,
• welding and
• painting.
  

Since the laser technology had meanwhile been further improved – such as automatic unloading and also a considerable increase in laser power – we decided to buy a new machine. Company Trumpf was able to deliver it within 3 month. Since January 2000 the new TR 4000 is working fully automatically and unmanned round-the-clock performing cutting, unloading and stacking. This enables us to manufacture precision parts of highest standards and to meet short delivery times irrespective of the orders in hand!
