The automation is completed by the automatic tool changer developed by GEISS. Instead of 30 to 180 minutes this system performs tool change in a few minutes.

The evaluation of economic efficiency proves it:
With about 500 retoolings per year it is possible to achieve with investment costs beyond 44.000,- EURO an annual saving of 76.000,- EURO.
