Since the foundation of the company in 1948 we are producing moulds, patterns and tools in varying sizes and designs for vacuum forming on an industrial scale. Size, material quality or design often make very high demands on the toolmaker.

We offer models that you can use for your own tool making and also complete tools for series production. Of course we can also meet very special demands of customers. Benefit from our expertise of more than 50 years in model and mould making! 

Here is an example of the past: The roof of the new City Coupé SMART made by the MCC company was produced from a thermoplastic. The two-colour coextrudated plastic roof of the SMART is black outside and light inside and unlike sheet metal it needs no rustproofing or painting. The SMART roof was made by a contractor on machinery and tooling supplied by GEISS AG.
