1.1) Additional photocell for support air
This equipment is based on an old invention of our company. This is an infrared photocell which can be seen positioned diagonally under the complete forming area as standard. If the ray of the photocell is interrupted during the heating time, air is blown into the forming box. This blowing continues until the beam is free again.
However this single photocell may not be sufficient. It may be advisable to specify additional photocells for larger apertures over one meter.
Some materials, in particular polyolefines, tend to form "hills and valleys" during heating up. Their position is mostly unpredictable. Several photocells must therefore be used to protect the bottom heater.
