In addition to the light barriers for the support air (Option 1.1)), 2 further safety light barriers can be installed directly above the bottom heater. When the light beam of these light barriers is interrupted, the lower heater is automatically returned to starting position.

To prevent material from penetrating into the top heater it is also possible to install 2 safety light barriers directly below the top heater. When the light beam of these light barriers is interrupted, the sag compensation is switched off. If the light barriers are not released after an adjustable check time, the heaters are switched off and return automatically into starting position.

When is this option to be recommended? On the one hand, for particularly big material surfaces, and on the other hand, for materials that are particularly difficult to heat, such as polyolefines.
