11. Additional reducing plate sets

Please see option 9. for detailed information about the capabilities of our steplessly adjustable window plate system. Also specified here are the limits of the smallest possible sheet size.

These extra sets can be supplied at any time, but please enquire the times of delivery!

To demonstrate the productivity of this development, this system replaces the need for 364 fixed window plates for a vacuum forming machine with a size of 2000 x 1000 x  560 mm if assuming that all possible apertures are to be selected using a 50 mm grid system! To provide stepless cover from the smallest aperture to the largest aperture possible, 4 window plate sets are required for a machine of this size. 

Remember: the package would still not be stepless then, though sufficiently fine graded! Yet the tiresome window plate change remains! And it is still necessary to install a cold window plate while we can at best get our fingers burnt by the hot window plate being removed!
