An ultra-modern option in the course of the upgrading of our service!

The customer must have a teleprocessing ISDN line on his machine. When the connection is established, one of our in-house service stations can look into your control and influence it.

This option is recommended if little experienced people, newcomers or people without command of German are to handle the control. It complements of course our mobile phone service yet without replacing it!
