61. Automatic sheet loader
This equipment allows automatic loading and unloading of positive and negative formed parts with the maximum mould height. The clamp frame is equipped with clamps for lifting formed parts. The whole operation process is automatic controlled. The removal side of formed part is secured by a light barrier.
The sheet loader allows automation of the production process straight from the pallet. Any material thickness con be handled. All suckers can be selected and stored via program. Special control and design features prevent blanks from sticking.
The retrofitting of a machine with a feeding device is always possible. If the machine has been supplied without preparation for sheet loader, the draw depth of the machine is reduced. If the preparation for a feeding device has been provided for, the draw depth is retained.
