5.11) Trimming spindle fabrication "WALTER KM3", only for the use with 3 axis machines or additional vertical axis as per option 8.6).
This Spindle has a collet chuck for tools with shank diameters up to 16 mm. Programmable from 2.000 up to 17.000 rpm. The maximum performance of this spindle is 6,5 kW. This spindle is suitable for drill work and can take larger cutters and saw blades. This spindle is the only type in our quotation which is air cooled.
The spindle is equipped with an additional vertical axis (option 8.6)) and is mainly used for sanitary parts. The spindle then has a hollow shaft with a steep angle clamp that accommodates larger diamond saw blades for the contour cut of bath tubs and shower trays.
