1. Cooling unit
For the cooling of high-frequency spindles, of the switch cabinet and for linear motors it is necessary to have a closed cooling water circuit.
The flow temperature of the cooling water must be approx. 20 °C, the energy to be dissipated is between 7,000 kJ/h and 45,000 kJ/h.
It is possible to connect the machines to an existing cooling water circuit, but we recommend the connection to a cooling unit as described below:

The cooling unit has a closed cooling water circuit,

it is completely wired and piped with the machine,

the cooling water is filtered and mixed with antifreeze and anticorrosive agent,
-
the temperature of the cooling water is electronically controlled and digitally displayed,
-
all trouble messages of the cooling unit are evaluated in the machine control,
-
the coolant used will be R407C.
