A special alcohol is atomized in a dosing apparatus by a timed pump and a nozzle to produce a fine mist. This fine mist wets the cutting edges of the cutter through a nozzle fitted to the milling spindle.

The capacity of the container is 2,2 litres.  The consumption can be set to between 0 and 300 ml per hour. 

Upon request a minimum quantity lubrication system for the internal cooling supply through the tooling can be supplied. Even an extremely small amount of coolant is sufficient to prevent a build-up edge on the tool.
