This Option permits 4-digit program numbers to be encoded by wire bridges fitted to a plug of the milling jigs. An additional input module transfers the program numbers to the machine control and the relevant NC program is then called up automatically.  

This equipment makes it possible even for unskilled operators to change products. The encoding prevents errors during machine set-up and thus crashs and downtimes.

Machines with centre screen, rotary table or shuttle table may have this equipment twice.

In machines in addition equipped with valve block the functions of valve block and encoding plug are housed in a common plug.
