Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d)
This is a full-time permanent position with a weekly working hours of 38 hours from Monday to Friday.
Your tasks:
• Design and further development of machines, systems and assemblies
• Development of customer specific solutions and technical concepts
• Creation of 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings and general arrangement drawings
• Design calculations and dimensioning of components and assemblies
• Creation and maintenance of bills of materials and technical documentation
• Further development and optimisation of existing machines and components
• Technical coordination with manufacturing, assembly, purchasing and other departments
• Implementation of design changes and technical modifications
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products
Your Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Professional experience in mechanical design within mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of a 3D CAD system
• Confident use of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Good knowledge of mechanical engineering, design and materials technology
• Independent, structured and solution oriented approach to work
• Team player with enthusiasm for technically challenging tasks

Mechatronics (m/f/d)
The content of a well-founded training programme includes the learning of:
• Theoretical and practical fundamentals
• Application of innovative technologies
• Assembly, programming, and commissioning of thermoforming machines and CNC post-processing systems at the factory
• Assembly and maintenance of thermoforming machines and CNC post-processing systems at the customer’s site
Training period: 3½ years
Start of training: 1 September
Requirements: At least intermediate school leaving certificate
Vocational school: Coburg, inter-company training in Hof/Saale.
Electronics for operating technology (m/f/d)
The content of a well-founded training programme includes the learning of:
• Theoretical and practical fundamentals
• Application of innovative technologies
• Assembling and wiring control cabinets and complex machines according to circuit diagrams
• Programming (PLC) as well as commissioning and testing of electronics
Training period: 3½ years
Start of training: 1 September
Requirement: At least a qualifying secondary school leaving certificate
Vocational school: Coburg (changes possible)
Precision mechanics (m/f/d)
The content of a well-founded training programme includes the learning of:
• Theoretical and practical fundamentals
• Application of innovative technologies
• Manufacturing of parts using modern machinery
• Assembly of components
• Assembly and finalization of mechanical assemblies for thermoforming machines and CNC post-processing systems
Training period: 3½ years
Start of training: 1 September
Requirement: At least a qualifying secondary school leaving certificate
Vocational school: Coburg and Bamberg Inter-company training in Coburg
