Thermoforming machine

The T11 represents GEISS’s cutting-edge technology in thermoforming. As our most powerful thermoforming machine, it impresses with shortened machine cycles and a compact design. With a completely redesigned touch-navigable control concept, the T11 offers intuitive operation and simplified setup. The design principle and spacious interior of this heavy-duty universal forming machine allow for customization with all imaginable GEISS options. This makes the T-Series one of the top high-tech solutions in thermoforming.

The parametric design principle allows for any reasonable size starting from a minimum nominal size of 1000 × 900 mm. Dimensions like 4700 × 2400 mm or 3100 × 3100 mm are not uncommon and go through the usual production process. The nominal size of the machine describes the largest plastic blank that can be processed, with a 20 mm margin all around. The standard tool height of 620 mm can also be increased as desired.

Simply entering tool dimensions is enough, and the T11 takes care of the rest of the setup, from end positions to travel paths. Thanks to the newly designed heating control, it can be divided into specific heating zones. Customization of displays and clear representation of process data complete this intuitive experience.

Innovative heating control

The T11 takes heating control to a new level by allowing the creation of individual heating zones. By using pyrometers, the temperature of each area is closely monitored to ensure optimal material heating. This precise heat management is tailored to each product, guaranteeing consistently high quality, which is especially crucial in multi-cavity productions.

Efficient robot integration

T11 Automation integrates robot control directly into the thermoforming machine, eliminating the need for separate hardware and thus saving costs. The entire robot control is done through the T11 HMI with automatic product data integration. This not only promotes efficiency but also provides the advantage of a single point of contact for the entire system.
