Loading machine
The loading machine is an automated device that loads sheet materials – usually thermoplastic plastic sheets – into a thermoforming machine and subsequently removes the finished moulded parts. It ensures a continuous and reliable material flow, thereby increasing efficiency and reproducibility in the thermoforming process.
Applications and benefits of a loading machine
Loading machines are mainly used in industrial series production, where high output, short cycle times and consistently high quality are essential. By automating the loading and unloading process, manual handling steps are eliminated, which not only increases productivity but also provides ergonomic benefits for operators.
